Policy |
All hair orders are
thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus
to make sure you are completely satisfied. Due to the nature
of our products, all sales are final.
According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products
that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the
bundle and trying it on. We will not accept any merchandise
which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut,
or washed) in any way. We adhere to these strict policies with
respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please
return the item in the original and resalable condition as a
necessary health precaution. From time to time, Indique may,
at its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product.
Any exchanges will only be accepted if you received an incorrect
or defective item. No refunds will be allowed. Only for authorized
and approved returned items, a replacement item (the same item)
will be shipped in exchange. If you need to cancel an order
after you have completed the check-out process, please email
us immediately. Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped

| Exchanges |
Check the item(s) you
are sending us for exchange. All merchandise must be return
in its original condition. Hair must be in the original packaged
state with the plastic band intact.
We must be able to confirm receipt of item(s) sent to us for
exchange. We recommend you use a shipping service with DELIVERY
CONFIRMATION service. We assume no responsibility for lost shipments.
We will not reimburse your cost to send an exchange item back
to us except in the case of miss-shipment. We will gladly exchange
or issue a full refund for any item shipped in error.
Please note: Requests for exchange must be
made within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). Shipping
charges will apply. We ship via the method chosen on the original
order, unless instructions in the exchange package specify otherwise.

| Restocking Fees /
Exchange Shipments |
A 15% restocking fee
and shipping charges apply to all exchanges. If the sales price
of the item being returned is greater than the item requested,
we will apply the difference in price toward shipping cost.

| Failed Deliveries
/ Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address: |
Your order will normally
be shipped via UPS to the address you provide. Tracking numbers
are normally sent to your email address (if you have provided
one) as soon as we receive them from our warehouse. If you do
not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your
UPS tracking number to track your package in transit.
Incomplete or incorrect address information are the major cause
of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order.
Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#,
etc.) needed to deliver your package. UPS charges a service
fee for address corrections. You will be charged for any additional
fees caused by bad address information.
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal
upon delivery (for COD or otherwise), or cancellation after
24 hours of placing order; there will be a 20% cancellation
fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

| Mistakes & Delays: |
If there are mistakes
and delays from our end, we will do our best to correct them.
If we make a mistake, we will do our best to fix it. If we shipped
the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at
our expense using the same method of shipping. You must notify
us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt
of your shipment. It is always wise to order far enough in advance
to allow for unanticipated delays.

| International Shipments: |
International Shipments
must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance
vary by country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay
any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits
or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent
with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent
with your shipment. In some cases we do require international
customers to fill out a credit card authorization form and send
it back to us before shipment is released. If this is the case
a representative will contact promptly after your order has
been placed.

| Cancellation Fees: |
If you need to cancel
an order after you have completed the check-out process, please
email us immediately. Orders cannot be canceled after they are
shipped.
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal
upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order;
there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling
charges are non refundable.

| Order Processing: |
Our business hours are
Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. All orders
received before 5:00 pm are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday
morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive
within the time-frame selected (US Air, US Ground, Canada Air
or International) on the order form. NOTE:
Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable
to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund
the amount charged to the original credit card. Incorrect billing
information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause
shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications,
and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products
or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any
corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete
your order.

| Shipping Delays: |
We are not responsible
for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier
delays. Over the holiday season (November 20th to December 31st)
UPS overnight delivery is guaranteed before 12pm the next day,
not the normal 10.30am. Please keep in mind holidays do not
count as a business day and should be considered when calculating

| Fraud & Theft: |
Credit card fraud and
theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent
of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping
address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization
form and send it back to us before your shipment is released.
If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly
after your order has been placed.
