Awesome product!

First, let me commend customer service on being outstanding! My first order was lost due to UPS error. I notified Indique that I had not received my product because it had been lost, and they immediately opened an investigation to remedy the situation. When they finished their investigation with UPS not finding my product, Indique immediately shipped me out another order. Secondly, the hair is beautiful! It’s soft, curls nicely with a curling iron and they will be my go to for sure on bundles. Last but not least, I also ordered a closure, and the hair is beautiful, but the only downside is that the scalp part of it looks very unnatural. I have to really work with it to not show the part because I don’t prefer the wig like look. I wish the edges of the closure looked natural. I am still a fan though

Hair quality

I love the quality of the hair, it is silky and very easy to work with, but I gave it four stars because the scalp is wig like, and does not have a natural look to it. I will purchase in the future, because I do like the hair quality itself.

Wash the Loose Wave Closure with care. Excessive tugging, scratching, or pulling can cause damage. We suggest using Indique Hair Care Essentials to maintain the Loose Wave Closure. Our Indique Hair Care Essentials Shampoo and Conditioner will gently cleanse and hydrate your hair. We suggest using Design Essentials® Natural Almond & Avocado Curl Enhancing Mousse to define the wave and add shine.

Durability

Closures can typically be worn up to two week without retouching, depending on how it is installed. Closures can last 2-4 installs, with proper care and maintenance.
