IN-STORE PICKUP

Boutique pickup allows you to purchase items online then pick them up at your local boutique!

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to pick up. Please be sure to check local store operating hours here prior to visiting.

 

Placing Your Order for In Store Pick Up:

  1. During the checkout process, select the "Pick Up" option and select your boutique. (Orders are typically ready to be picked up within 24 hours).
  2. Place your order and wait to receive a “ready to pick up” email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation)
  3. Bring your ID, credit card and order confirmation to the boutique to pick up your items.
  4. We will hold your items at the boutique for 7 business days, if you do not make it in by then, we will cancel the order and refund your method of payment.

 

Picking Up Your Order:  
Once you arrive at the boutique be prepared to present the following:

  1. Your government-issued photo ID
  2. The credit card used for the purchase (which must be in your name and match your id)
  3. Your order confirmation

Please note that no one other than the card holder will be able to pick up the order. If you are unable to present the credit card you used to make the purchase with a matching ID your order will be cancelled.
